After spending the night of October 31 partying off the Place de la Bastille on October 31, the pair walked back to their hotel in the early hours.
Four white Frenchmen suddenly pulled up alongside the pair in a hatchback and heckled Ms Kevan, dressed as a bunny rabbit and wearing a small dress. Mr Williams, who was wearing a Grim Reaper outfit, asked them to stop, before his arm was grabbed and pulled through the front passenger-side window. He was then dragged ft at more than 30mph up the trendy Rue de la Roquette, dropped, and then beaten by the gang.

Mr Williams, from Liverpool, described the attack as an ‘unexpected, aggressive assault on two innocents enjoying a night in Paris’. He is now advising Britons to ‘always be on the lookout while holidaying’ in western Europe – and in particular hopes young women will ‘watch out’.
He said: ‘It was without doubt the scariest moment of our lives to date – we’ve never experienced anything so horrifying in our lives.

One way to investigate the issue is to present women with hypothetical men with different personality types and see which ones they prefer. In one such study , participants had to help a fictional character named Susan choose a date from three male contestants, based on their answers to her questions.
